I am a passionate historian and educator, and have designed and taught a variety of courses in modern East Asian History at Georgetown University, the George Washington University, the University of Maryland - College Park, American University, the College of William and Mary, and Randolph College.
My first book, China's "Date Debate": How Manchurian Scholars Rewrote World War II, will be published in August 2026 with the University of Michigan Press, China Understandings Today series.
